The Great Falls Gamers (all USA) at the Montana State University College of Technology in Great Falls, Montana, USA from 6-8 May 2012. The Great Falls Gamers played The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim (Bethesda Softworks, 2011).

They previously held the record for the longest videogames marathon playing a First Person Shooter (FPS).
