Most advanced warship

The most advanced warship is the British Royal Navy’s HMS Daring a Type 45 Anti-Air warfare destroyer which was launched in February 2006, began sea trials in July 2007 and entered service in 2009. The first of six in her class, HMS Daring is the most capable air defence ship in the world, equipped with the Principal Anti-Air Missile System (PAAMS) a surface-to-air missile system that enables the ship to defend itself (and others) from enemy aircraft/missiles approaching at subsonic or supersonic speed either individually or in salvoes (a rack of bombs). In addition, its radar can track more than 1,000 targets at any one time. The largest escort type ever built for the Royal Navy, HMS Daring has a total length of 152.4 m (500 ft), beam width of 21.2 m (69 ft 7 in), a displacement of 7,350 tonnes (7,230 tons), and can accelerate to top speed of 31 knots (35.6 mph; 55.5 km/hr) in just over two minutes from a standing start!

It cost £1billion ($1.9 billion) to build.
