The most eye tests in one hour is 648 and was achieved by Specsavers International B.V. in 92 locations throughout the Netherlands, on 15 May 2009.

Each eye test lasts at least several minutes, thereby restricting the number of people able to participate in one hour. Therefore, Specsavers used as many stores as possible in order to achieve such high number.
