The most faces painted in four hours is 680, by a team of five face painters – Helen Elvins, Helen Eyre, Sandra Crofts, Rosie Watson and Jane Amatt (all UK) – in Birmingham, UK, on 18 April 2012.

The faces were painted at Aston Villa Football Stadium in Birmingham to raise money for a local charity, Edward’s Trust, who support bereaved children and families.
