The most medals won by a single country at a Winter Olympic Games is 37 by the United States at the XXI Winter Games held at Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada in 2010.

The USA won nine gold medals, 15 silvers and 13 bronzes. It marked the second time America has ever finished atop the Winter Olympics medals table, joining its haul of 12 total medals at the 1932 Winter Olympic Games in Lake Placid, New York.
