The most people dribbling a basketball simultaneously was 7,556 during an event organised by the United Nations Relief and Works Agency (UNRWA) in Rafah, Gaza Strip, Palestine, on 22 July 2010.

The event was part of a summer games programme for children in Gaza Strip organised by UNRWA.
