Most people involved in a dental health check

The largest dental health check involved 4,128 people in an event organised by Iglesia Ni Cristo (Philippines), at Parola Tondo Metro Manila, in Manila, Philippines, on 7 July 2012.

The event was one of three adjudications that took place on the day in which Iglesia Ni Cristo (Church of God) managed to provide dental health checks to thousands of people living in the slums of Manila. The counting method used for this attempt was clickers on both exists of the attempt area as well collecting patient slips once the dental check up was complete. Both the participants and the slips were counted to ensure accuracy on the day. The attempt began at 10.10 and finished at 21.10.

Official documentation was provided on the day to prove those taking part in performing the dental checks were qualified to do so.

Each check up was performed using the correct equipment in a sterile environment where comfortable chairs were provided for the patients. Medicine appropriate to the patients needs was also provided after each session.
