Each pizza contained a 14-ounce (396 g) 12-inch (30 cm) base, between 4.5 and 6 oz (127 to 170 g) of sauce and 8 to 10 oz (226 to 283 g) of cheese. 206 out of 215 pizzas were deemed acceptable by the judges.
