The most vocals in one song was achieved by 200 participants visiting La-Part-Dieu shopping centre, whose voices were recorded separately to make an original composition at La-Part-Dieu shopping centre, Lyon, France, on 4th-7th May 2010.

The participants all sung only a line or word each of the original composition song, entitled ‘La Grande Chanson du Monde’ (The Greatest Song in the World). The event was in conjunction with the inauguartion of the extension of the shopping centre. Visitors, shoppers of the centre and inhabitants of Lyon were invited to come along and take part to express their attachment to the centre and engage in the community. The event lasted from 3rd-15th May, but only three days were submitted as evidence to reach their total-the 4th, 5th and 7th May. The song was then commercially released with 10,000 copies pre-ordered and paid for.
