The smallest commercially available 1,000 piece jigsaw puzzle measures 182 x 257 mm (7.17 in x 10.12 in) and is manufactured by Standard Project Limited who produce Tomax puzzles in Hong Kong, China. It was measured in Hong Kong, China, on 12 December 2009.

The miniature puzzles were already launched in 2008 and depict various designs, with images ranging from landmarks to famous works of art. Standard Project Limited was also the previous record holder in this category.
