The largest waterbed measures 46.77sq m (503.4sq ft), holds 7,000 litres (1,849.2 US gallons) of water and was created by Water-Bed-City on 26 May 2001 in Hamburg, Germany.

The largest wheelbarrow measured 9.12 m (29 ft 11.05 in) long and had a wheel with a diameter of 1.63 m (4 ft 4.17 in). It was manufactured by the Burschenverein Geisenried (all Germany) in Geisenried, Germany, on the 19 February 2007. The largest wind turbine is the Enercon E-126, which has a hub height of 135 m (443 ft) and a rotor diameter of 127 m (416 ft). Its capacity is rated at 6 MW, (or 20 million kilowatt hours each year) – enough to fuel 5,000 households of four in Europe! The wind generator was manufactured by Enercon GmbH (Germany) and installed on the Rysumer Nacken in Emden, Germany, and began operation in November 2007.

The largest woodblock print was created by 334 children and had a total area of 345.6 m² (3,720 ft²) when displayed at the Historic Fortification Tower, Lich, Germany on 19 September 2004. Multiple canvasses were joined together to form the painting which meaured 32 m (104.9 ft) long and 10.8 m (35.4 ft) wide.

The largest wooden coat hanger measures 6.096 m (19 ft 12 in) long, 4.067 m (13 ft 4 in) high and 52 cm (1 ft 8 in) wide. It was created by MAWA GmbH (Germany) and presented in Frankfurt, Germany, on 12 February 2011. The hanger weighs approximately 1 ton.

Mirko Glöckner (Germany) constructed a full-size racing bicycle called Sub 4.0 weighing 3.89 kg (8 lb 9.2 oz). The cycle has a carbon fibre frame weighing 873 g (1 lb 14.7 oz) and components made of largely of aluminium, titanium, and carbon fibre. The bicycle is completely rideable.

The band Grabowsky (Germany) were applauded for 1 hr 30 min after a performance at Altes-Brauhaus-Musicclub in Frankenthal, Germany, on 7 December 2002. The band returned to play an encore of two songs after the applause finished.

The longest beard chain consisted of 20 participants, measured 19.05 m ( 62 ft 6 in) and was achieved by the members if the ‘Verband Deutscher Bartclubs e. V’ in Amberg, Germany, on 2 December 2007.

The farthest distance bicycle wheelie in one hour is 16.994 km (10.56 miles) and was achieved by Francesco Wiedemann (Germany), at the Messehalle Burghausen, in Burghausen, Germany, on 9 October 2011.

The longest piece of wood cut from one tree measured 45.15 m (148 ft 1 in) and was cut by Emil Wunsch (Germany) in an event organized by Turnverein Gausbach in Gausbach, Germany, between 23 and 27 July 2010. Emil had 9 helpers who helped him saw the board. They used chainsaws and a specially designed machine.
