Supermarket trolley pushing – distance in 24 hours (team)

A team of 12 staff members from the company EDEKA Südbayern (all Germany), took turns to push a shopping trolley for 24 hours around a 434 m long track in the Forum Building of the Munich Airport (Germany) covering an overall distance of 294.52 km (183 miles) on 23 July 2005. The team completed 678 loops on the 434 m long track circular track. The was organised on the occasion of the company party. The Christmas pyramid had 6 floors. The bottom three were open to the public as a viewing platform.

The greatest distance walked along a tightrope in 24 hours is 15.68 km (9.74 miles) and was achieved by Joey Kelly (Germany) on the set of RTL Spendenmarathon at MMC studios in Hürth, Germany, on 18-19 November 2010 in celebration of Guinness World Records Day 2010. The tightest parallel park is 14 cm (5.51 in) and was achieved by Ronny Wechselberger aka Ronny C’ Rock (Germany), at Flugplatz Kindel in Eisenach, Germany, on 18 June 2012. The farthest distance covered on a water slide in 24 hours by a female team is 827.73 km (514.33 miles), achieved by Christin Barz, Sabrina Kolb, Tamy Heinz, Sandra Morawitz, Alexandra Koller, Lisa Schösse, Melanie Günther, Sarah Schaffelke, Stephanie Hammers and Julia Siering (all Germany) at Galaxy Erding in Erding, Germany on 17-18 November 2010 in celebration of Guinness World Records Day 2010. The record took place on the longest inner-tube water slide Magic-Eye, which has been ascertained on Guinness World Records Day 2010.
