The most trees planted simultaneously was 64,096 and was achieved by the people of Siruma and Tinamba (Philippines), in Camarines Sur in association with the El Verde programme, Philippines, on 23 February, 2011. The attempt started at 11:00 a.m and ended at 11:15 a.m. 6,893 participants actively took part and planted an area with a size of 32 hectars big. Newest monitor lizard

Over 2 m (6 ft 6 in) long and brightly coloured, the world´s newest species of monitor lizard is the northern Sierra Madre forest monitor (Varanus bitatawa), a tree-dwelling species formally described and named in spring 2010 after a specimen was captured in the north-eastern section of the Philippine island of Luzon by a scientific team in 2009. The youngest tenpin bowling world champion is Paeng Nepomuceno (Philippines, b.30 January 1957) who won the 1976 Bowling World Cup in Tehran, Iran, aged 19 years and 292 days. Paeng also holds the record for winning the most tenpin bowling world cups and for winning the most bowling titles.
