Surg.-Capt. (later Lt-Col.) Arthur Martin-Leake VC*, VD, RAMC (1874–1953) (1902 and bar 1914).
Capt. Noel Godfrey Chavasse VC*, MC, RAMC (1884–1917) (1916 and bar posthumously 1917).
Second-Lt. (later Capt.) Charles Hazlitt Upham VC*, NZMF (1908–94) (1941 and bar 1942).
