The largest amethyst geode measures 3 m (9 ft 10 in) long, 1.8 m (5 ft 10 in) wide, 2.2 m (7 ft 2 in) high and weighs 13 tonnes (28,660 lb). It is displayed in Shandong Tianyu Museum of Natural History (China) in Shandong, China.

Largest ambulance

The largest ambulance is operated by the Dubai Government’s Centre of Ambulance Services, which measures 20.03 m (65.71 ft) designed by Dr. Martin von Bergh of Global Medical Consulting, with a total treatment and transport capacity of 123 patients and staff, presented on 25 September 2009. The ambulance was assembled by the company Gebr. Heymann GmBH and equipped by Cytomed Middle East. The ambulances consist of an operating theatre, three intensive care units and eight immediate care units.

Largest aluminium can sculpture

The largest aluminium can sculpture consists of 104,840 cans and was created by Junior Chamber International Toyohashi (Japan) at Toyohashi Park, in Toyohashi, Aichi, Japan, on 21 September 2013. The sculpture depicts the Yoshida Castle that is located in Toyohashi Park. All aluminium drink cans were collected from the residents and companies of Toyohashi City. This sculpture will continue to be displayed in Toyohashi Park until 20 October 2013 (confirmed with the record holder as of 21 September 2013).

The Russian Beriev A-40 ‘Albatross’ aircraft, which is capable of taking off and landing on both land and water, has a maximum takeoff weight of 86 tonnes (189,600 lb), a wingspan of 42.5 m (139 ft) and is 45.7 m (150 ft) long. The Flavian amphitheatre or Colosseum of Rome, Italy, completed in AD 80, covers 2 ha (5 acres) and has a capacity of 87,000. It has a maximum length of 187 m (612 ft) and a maximum width of 157 m (515 ft).

The largest aneurysm of the ascending aorta removed from the human body was 11.7 cm (4.9 in) in diameter and was removed from Sylvia Ast (Germany) at Deutsches Herzzentrum in Munich, Germany on 2 April 2009. Sylvia Ast was 26 years old at the time of operation and suffers from Turner’s syndrome.

Largest anamorphic pavement art

The largest anamorphic pavement art is 1,570.0 m² (16,899 ft² 69 in²) and was created by Wilhelmshaven Touristik and Freizeit gmbH (Germany), in Wilhelmshaven, Germany, on 4 August 2012. The anamorphic artwork was created at the Wilhelmshaven International Street Art Festival by four artists: Gregor Wosik, Melanie Siegel, Vanessa Hitzfeld and Lydia Hitzfeld. The painting depicted Noah’s Ark, a theme that was chosen in response to the Ancient Mayan prediction of the Apocalypse in 2012.

Largest anamorphic painting

The largest anamorphic painting, entitled “The Rhythm of Youth”, measured 2,622.882 m² (28,232 ft² 50.4 in²), was created by Yongchun Yang and Yanting Xu (both China) and was unveiled at Communication University of China, Nanjing in Nanjing, Jiangsu, China, on 11 June 2014. The painting measured 374.43 m (1,228 ft 5.31 in) in length, 7.005 m (22 ft 11.79 in) in width.
