The record for the largest drum ensemble is 10,045 drummers, and was achieved by the Hong Kong Federation of Young Groups (China), at the Hong Kong Coliseum, in Hong Kong, China, on 29 June 2007. The participants were young people coming from Hong Kong, mainland China, Macau and Taiwan. The event was held for celebrating the 10th anniversary of the handover of Hong Kong to China. The event was called the “Dragon Jamboree” Concert

The tables are 80-120 cm (30-47 in) high and 400 m (1,312 ft) long and are covered with silk cloth with the food laid out on them. Food includes pineapples, watermelons, cucumbers and sugarcane.
