The Largest hydatid cyst contained 37 litres of fluid and was removed from 80 year old Abdullah Bakhet Al Hagawe by Dr. Abdul Rahman Arishi and Dr. Mohd Shahid Hussain Khan, at the King Fahd Central Hospital in Jizan, Saudi Arabia, on 12 January 2005. The main cysts had multiple daughter cysts attached and was found in his abdomen.
The largest human wheelbarrow race was achieved by 1,554 participants (777 pairs) in an event organised for Guinness World Records Day, in Armidale, NSW, Australia, on November 6, 2009. The majority of participants were school children from the region. The distance covered in the race was 50 m.
The largest iced coffee was 5,678.12 litres (1,249.01 UK gal; 1,500 US gal) and was made by GourmetGiftBaskets.com (USA) at Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada, USA, on 16 October 2010. The iced coffee was at a temperature of 7.22 C (45 F). It used 1,360.78 kg (3,000 lb) of ice (not included in the volume measured for the record as this was just the coffee on the cup).
A village of 140 ‘igloos’ – huts constructed solely of ice – was constructed near the famous Icehotel at Jukkasjärvi, Sweden, to accommodate 700 employees of Tetra Pak International during a conference at the hotel in December 2002. Each hut had a diameter of 4.3 m (14 ft) and was 2.1 m (7 ft) high. Each slept a maximum of five people and was constructed of around 50 m³ (1,765 ft³) of snow.

The largest Indian pancake spun measured 76 cm (2 ft 5 in) in diametre and was achieved by Cao Huaijiang (China) on the set of Zheng Da Zong Yi – Guinness World Records Special in Beijing, China, on 20 June 2009. An Indian pancake is a large pancake that is spun around when made.
Australia’s malleefowl (Leipoa ocellata) builds the largest incubation mounds, weighing in at 300 tonnes (661,000 lb) – as heavy as the average 747 jumbo jet plane!
The largest incense stick mosaic measured 4.83 m² (52 ft²) and was achieved by Awajishi Shokokai (Japan) at Akashikaikyo National Government Park, Awaji, Hyogo, Japan, on 18 July 2010. The image created was of a character that represents Awaji Island. The hat on top of the picture represents the bridge that links the island to the mainland.
The largest incense stick (or joss stick) is 8.8 m (28 ft 10 in) tall, with a circumference of 74 cm (2 ft 5 in). It was constructed at the Palace Garden at Zhangmutou, Dongguan, Guangdong, China and burned for 120 hours from 24-29 January 2004.
The largest impossible bottle has a volume of 60 litres, contains 8 ships and is entitled “Storia della Nave” – “The History of Seafaring”. It was created by Aidano Dallafiora (Italy) and measured on 24 August 2009. The bottle is 63 cm high and 49 cm in diametre. The ship models consist of a total of 158 pieces
