The longest distance vaulted between two objects is 2.35 m (7 ft 8 in) and was achieved by Sam Parham (UK) at Basingstoke Active Life Centre, Basingstoke, Hampshire, UK, on 8 September 2010. Sam is a member of the parkour team, 3Run. He vaulted over two gymnastic vaults.
The longest distance traveled on a slip and slide in one hour is 41,404.42 m (135,841 ft), and was achieved by Shelby Farms Park Conservancy (USA) in Memphis, Tennessee, USA on 5 July 2014. The event took place at Shelby Farms Park, a 4500 acre urban park that includes its own buffalo range, 23 lakes and over 40 miles of trails. The world’s longest goat horns measured a tip-to-tip spread of 132 cm (52 in) on 16 April 2004 and belong to ‘Uncle Sam’ the goat, who is owned by William A and Vivian A Wentling (both USA) of Rothsville, Pennsylvania, USA. The outside curl of the left horn measured 99.9 cm (39.37 in) and that of the right horn measured 101.9 cm (40.12 in).
The longest recorded successful drop goal is 77.7m (85yd) by Gerald Hamilton `Gerry’ Brand (b. 8 Oct 1906) for South Africa v. England at Twickenham, Greater London, on 2 Jan 1932.

The longest drinks can line consisted of 106,300 cans and was constructed by participants from Bridge FM Radio LTD and Bridgend County Borough Council (both UK) at the Bridgend Recreation Centre, Glamorgan County, Wales, on 26 November 2009. The amount of cans lined up was to correspond with Bridge FM’s frequency (106.3 FM). They started at 08.47 and finished on 21.57 on the same day. The worlds longest drilled oil well is BD-04-A, with a total length of 40,320 ft MDRT. It was completed in May 2008 by Maersk Oil Qatar and Qatar Petroleum, in the Al-Shaheen offshore oil field off the coast of Qatar. The well includes a horizontal section measuring 35,770 ft. MDRT (measured depth below rotary table).
The longest drawing measured 9,154 m (30,032 ft 9 in) and was created by 7,200 participants from Elite Charitable Trust (India) in Coimbatore, India, on 19 August 2009. The title of the drawing was Gateway 2009. The theme of the artwork was Awareness on Social Issues. It took them 4 hr 3 m to complete the drawing.
Codemasters’ FUEL boasts a draw distance of 40 km (24.8 miles), the longest in a simulation racing game. FUEL’s racing environment is inspired by the North American wilderness and allows gamers a view of recognizable landmarks including Death Valley and Mount Rushmore. The longest dosa measured 11.64 m (38 ft 2.4 in) and was achieved by the Vijayawada Hotel Owners Association in Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh, India, on 9 April 2011. The dosa was made from black gram (lentils), boiled rice, raw rice, refined flour, rice flour, salt and water.
