The most participants in a multi-legged walk is 1,039 and was achieved by (0946) G-challengers (Japan) in Asakura, Fukuoka, Japan, on 24 March 2013. The event was titled “0946 Guinness World Records Challenge”, where 0946 represents the area code of the City and County of Asakura. The event was held to unify the people of the Asakura City/County. The participants were of various age groups, the youngest being an elementary school 5th grader and the oldest being over 80.
The most participants in a fingerprint test are 3,108 children from various schools within different regions in Jakarta at the Mall of Indonesia, in association with Frisian Flag (Indonesia), in Jarkarta, Indonesia, on 26 February 2011. The multinational dairy company Frisian Flag organised the attempt at the Mall of Indonesia. The children were between the ages of 1-6 years old and had travelled from various regions of Jakarta. The most participants in a badminton rally was 113 achieved by members of the Solihull & Shirley Badminton Club (UK) at Langley Secondary School, Solihull, UK, on 11 September 2010. The successful attempt lasted more than 2 min 30 sec and came after 14 unsuccessful attempts at the record. Participants ranged in age from 9 to 70 years old. The attempt ended at 113 as there were no more people left to continue the rally.
The largest simultaneous 5 km run was set by Cancer Research UK at the Race For Life One Big Day event and involved 101,246 participants at 23 locations across the UK, on 4 June 2006 Laura Hughes adjudicated attempt in London.
