The heaviest weight lifted with the eye is 3 kg (6.61 lbs) and was achieved by Dr. Satyajit Hota (India) on the set of Guinness World Records – Ab India Todega in Mumbai, India, on 10 March 2011.

The weight is lifted by using a metal “contact lens” to which the weight is attached. The claimant has his eyes closed during the attempt.
