Panasonic’s EVOLTA TM (also marketed as EVOIA) produced by Matsushita Battery Industrial Co., Ltd and Matsushita Electric Industrial Co., Ltd (both Japan) was launched in 2008. In laboratory tests following the international standards, it outperformed the batteries from other leading manufactures by the average of 10-30%.
