The longest videogame marathon playing a dance/rhythm game lasted 24 hr 2 min 44 sec and was achieved by Carrie Swidecki (USA), who played Dance Central 2 (Harmonix, 2011) at Otto’s Video Games and More in Bakersfield, California, USA, from 16-17 June 2012.

This is Carrie’s second successful Guinness World Records attempt: she reclaimed her title by playing a motion-sensing dance game but previously held the record by playing a non motion-sensing dancing game.
