The largest clothes peg measured 3.5 m (11 ft 5 in) long, 65 cm (2 ft 1 in) high and 44 cm (1 ft 5 in) deep. It was created by Karl Josef Biller (Germany) and was presented and measured in Regensburg, Germany, on 9 September 2012. The peg was made out of wood. The peg was opened and closed in front of the witnesses.
The largest coffee party in a single venue involved 8,162 participants and was set by Krüger GmbH & Co. KG (Germany) at the Jugendpark in Cologne, Germany, on 30 August 2009 All grown up participants were given a wristband and a ice coffee drink in a bottle at the entrance. By counting the number of remaining wristbands in the end and deducting people that didnt take the free coffee drink the final number of participants was established.
The largest pyramid of coffee cups consisted of 22,140 cups and was constructed by Melanie Lütkefent, Vanessa Höft, Miriam Plümer, Arman Schlieker and Damian Krey (all Germany) in association with the company Aral AG at the Du Mont Carre, Cologne, Germany, on 8 October 2010. The pyramid had a base of 40 x 40 coffee cups. It stood 4.16 m (13 ft 7 in) tall and took 8 hours to construct.
The largest collection of coffee pots belongs to Robert Dahl (Germany) and consists of 27,390 coffee pots as of 2 November 2012, in Rövershagen, Germany.
Ortrud Kastaun (Germany) has a collection of 1,610 different clown-related items, as of 3 June 2010, that she has collected since 1995. The largest collection of erasers belongs to Petra Engels (Germany) with 19,571 non duplicate erasers from 112 different countries; which she has been collecting since 1981. Petra started collecting erasers at the age of 9. She first developed an interest in erasers after visiting a stationery shop selling various and extraordinary erasers. Susa Forster from Breitenfelde, Germany has 2,443 giraffe items that she has collected since 1974. Susa first began collecting giraffes at the age of 6. Her collection comes from a variety of different materials, forms and sizes, including a 4.6 m (15.09 ft) tall giraffe that stands in her living room.
Gerold Weschenmoser (Germany) has 5,385 different masks, as of 31 March 2010, which he has collected since 1957.
