The largest tricycle has a wheel diameter of 5.18 m (17 ft) and is 11.37 m (37 ft 4 in) long. The overall height is 12.67 m (41 ft 7 in). The trike was made by Kanyaboyina Sudhakar (India) and was ridden in Hyderabad, India on 1 July 2005.

Largest turban

The largest turban is made with 400 m (1,312 ft) of cloth and belongs to Major Singh (India), a Nihang Sikh who wears the tower-shaped turban using over 100 hairpins, and 51 religious symbols made in metal. Largest tumour at birth

A benign cystic hygroma weighing 1.2 kg (2 lb 9 oz) was removed successfully from the neck of a baby boy (India, b. 5 March 2003) by a team lead by Dr. Palin Khundongbam at Shija Hospitals and Research Institute, Imphal, Manipur, India on 17 March 2003. The tumour represented 40% of the child’s total bodyweight of 3 kg (6 lb 8.5 oz).

The largest umbrella measures 17.06 m (56 ft) in diameter and is 10.97 m (36 ft) tall and was made by Max New York Life Insurance (India). The umbrella was unveiled at Ishanya Mall at Pune, India, on 14 August 2010. The umbrella weighed 2200 kg (4850 lb).

Largest wall calendar

The largest wall calendar measured 12.19 m (40 ft) x 36.58 m (120 ft) and was manufactured by Manmohan Agarwal and Anuj Kucchal (both India). It was presented and measured in Jaipur, India, on 26 December 2009. The calendar weights 115.43 kilograms (254.48 lbs)

Largest wedding banquet/reception

Jayalalitha Jayaram (India), former Tamil Nadu chief minister and movie star, hosted a reception banquet for over 150,000 guests at her foster son’s wedding in the 20 hectare (50 acre) grounds in Madras, India on 7 September 1995. The wedding is reported to have cost over 750 million rupees (US$23,299,162), with the dining area alone costing an estimated Rs 15 million (US$465,983) and the menu an estimated Rs 20 million (US$621,311). The largest Zumba® class involved 6,671 participants and was achieved by Dinaz Vervatvala (India) at Peoples’ Plaza, Necklace Road, Hyderabad, India, on 15 September 2012. The participants comprised of all age groups and the attempt was conducted next to the famous and picturesque Hussain Sagar lake.

Largest yoga class

The largest yoga class involved 29,973 students from 362 schools who performed a sequence of yogic kriyas called Suryanamaskar (Salute to the Sun) simultaneously for 18 minutes, led by Vivekanand Kendra (India), at Jiwaji University, Gwalior, India on 19 November 2005.

Longest awareness ribbon

The longest awareness ribbon measures 1005.7 m (3299 ft 3.48 in) and was achieved by Ummeed NGO (India), at Butchery ground, Cantt, Lucknow, India, on 6 May 2012. The record attempt took place on the eve of World AIDS Orphans Day. The awareness ribbon was created with red colour hand prints of 7000 children on a white drill cloth and a shape of HIV AIDS red ribbon.
