The title of the drawing was Gateway 2009. The theme of the artwork was Awareness on Social Issues. It took them 4 hr 3 m to complete the drawing.
The longest dosa measured 11.64 m (38 ft 2.4 in) and was achieved by the Vijayawada Hotel Owners Association in Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh, India, on 9 April 2011. The dosa was made from black gram (lentils), boiled rice, raw rice, refined flour, rice flour, salt and water. It took approximately 10 hours to prepare the batter for the dosa, which was cooked with hot oil on a specially made griddle plate by 30 chefs selected from the hotels of the Vijayawada Hotel Owners Association. The longest hand woven sheet of silk is 1,455.3 m (4,774.6 ft) and was made by Dr Abhijit Baruah (India), with the help of Jorhat Great Run Club, and presented at India Gate in New Delhi, India, on 8 April 2012. The mammoth length of silk took 11 people six months to complete and featured traditional Assamese designs.
The longest henna art marathon is 73 hr 55 min and was achieved by Sunita Narayanrao Dhote (India) in Nagpur, Maharashtra, India, from 7 to 10 January 2014.
