The most facings on a gatefold vinyl LP is 22 for the packaging that accompanied the album titled Lotus by Santana on the CBS Sony label to commemorate Santana’s Tour of Japan in 1973. The recording is that of the concert held on 3 July 1973 at the Kosei Nenkin Kaikan, Osaka, Japan and the 22 printed Illustrated facings are all by Mr Tadanori Yokoo. It cost £ 30,000 for making this cover in 1976.

The most finely handwoven carpet has 14,440,000 knots per m² and was made by Zhenping Carpet Industry (Group) Corp, China to celebrate the 30th anniversary of the Chiyoda Rugs Company (Japan).
