The largest busk consisted of 230 artists who played at 100 approved sites for over 2 hour and was organised by the Great Northern Aid Trust as part of their Versus Cancer events in Manchester, UK, on 13th January 2007. At the end of the event all buskers collectively performed the Oasis track Wonderwall with Paul “Bonehead” (Oasisi), Andy Rourke (The Smiths) and Damon Gough (Badly Drawn Boy) in Exchange Square, Manchester, UK.

The cracker contained balloons, toys, a hat (2.5 m (8ft) in diameter) and a joke. The cracker was pulled by children of the school and members of Saracens Rugby Club and went bang.
