The youngest sports commentator is Zach Spedden (USA) (b. 8 July 1992), who on 25 August 2002 called an entire nine inning baseball game aged 10 years 48 days.  The game was played at Municipal Stadium in Hagerstown, Maryland, USA between the Hagerstown Suns and the Kanappolis Intimidators and broadcast on WHAG 1410 AM. Spedden also presented the pre-game show and post game analysis.

Youngest runner to complete 100 marathons (female)

The youngest female to run 100 marathons is Marina White (USA, b. 11 April 1986), aged 26 years 186 days when she completed the Amica Marathon in Newport, Rhode Island, USA, on 14 October 2012. Marina ran the first marathon at the Pacific Shoreline Marathon (now Surf City) on 4 February 2007. The youngest radio presenter is Kimberley Perez (b. 20 February 1998) (USA) who hosts a show every Saturday 3-7pm, on KLAX 97.9 La Raza FM, in Los Angeles, California, USA, which started when she was 5 years old. Perez began radio presenting by accidentally broadcasting on the air, aged 4. The response was overwhelming and she is well known in Los Angles County Latino radio stations and appears at local concerts promoted by La Raza FM.

The youngest Zumba® instructor is Catalina Mejia (USA), who qualified as an instructor on 9 December 2007 aged 11 years 4 months 12 days. Catalina is now 15 years old and regularly instructs Zumba® classes in her local gym in Gaithersburg, Maryland, USA.

Youngest winner of the Daytona 500

The youngest person to win the NASCAR Daytona 500 is Trevor Bayne (USA), who won the “Great American Race” at the age of 20 years and 1 day in Daytona Beach, Florida, USA, on 20 February 2011. Bayne became the first driver since Lee Petty in 1959 to win the race on his first attempt, although Petty possessed an advantage as his win came in the first-ever running of the race!

Youngest US top 3 album act

On 4 December 2010, the album O Holy Night entered the US chart at No.2, making America’s Got Talent runner-up Jackie Evancho (US, b. 9 April 2000), at 10 years and 7 months, the youngest person to ever have a US Top 3 album. Only Britain’s Got Talent winner Susan Boyle (UK) stopped her reaching No.1.
