The heaviest weight lifted with the eye socket is 16.2 kg (35.71 lb) and was achieved by Manjit Singh (UK) at Cossigton Sports Centre in Leicester, Leicestershire, UK, on 12 September 2013. Manjit made the attempt to celebrate Guinness World Records Day 2014. The weight he lifted was made up of 12 editions of the Guinness World Records Book, including the new 2014 edition.
The most accumulative weight bench pressed in one hour is 305,300 lb (138,480 kg). The record was set by Eamonn Keane (Ireland) at World Gym, Marina del Rey, California, USA on 22 July 2003. He did 1,280 reps with 200 lb (90.7 kg) and 493 reps with 100 lb (45.3 kg).
