The heaviest weight lifted with glue is 16.09 tonnes (35,472 lb 6.4 oz), which was achieved by Deutsches Zentrum für Luft, aka the German Aerospace Center (Germany) at their facility in Cologne, Germany, on 22 September 2013. The glue was applied to an area of just 39.6 cm².

The heaviest weight lifted with the eye socket is 16.2 kg (35.71 lb) and was achieved by Manjit Singh (UK) at Cossigton Sports Centre in Leicester, Leicestershire, UK, on 12 September 2013. Manjit made the attempt to celebrate Guinness World Records Day 2014. The weight he lifted was made up of 12 editions of the Guinness World Records Book, including the new 2014 edition.

The heaviest weight lifted with the eye is 3 kg (6.61 lbs) and was achieved by Dr. Satyajit Hota (India) on the set of Guinness World Records – Ab India Todega in Mumbai, India, on 10 March 2011. The weight is lifted by using a metal “contact lens” to which the weight is attached. The claimant has his eyes closed during the attempt.
