The longest marathon playing badminton doubles lasted 30 hr 00 min 00 sec, and was achieved by Pepijn De Lange, Roy Reijbroek, Rick Steuten and Dirk Terpstra (all Netherlands) at Sporthal Ussenstelt, in Oss, Netherlands, from 30 June to 1 July 2012. Dirk and Roy triumphed by 86 games to 83, over the team of Rick and Pepijn.
The longest air hockey marathon is 28 hours and was achieved by Jesse Fontaine and Breanna Broughton (both Canada) at the Bible Fellowship Assembly, Porcupine, Ontario, Canada on 19-20 July 2012.
The longest marathon playing floorball is 26 hours and was achieved by Lappeenranta University of Technology and Urheilu Koskimies Team (Finland) in Lappeenranta, Finland, from 12 to 13 July 2013. Team UK squared off against the Lappeenranta University of Technology All Stars, with Team UK winning by 328 to 248.
The longest marathon playing flag football lasted 52 hours 3 minutes and 57 seconds and was achieved by Play Flag Football (USA) at the Off the Wall Soccer Complex in Santa Clara, California, USA, between 16 and 17 August 2013. The 32 members were divided into two, 16-person squads with 5 members of each team on the field at the same time. “Red” team defeated the “Black” team by a final score of 2996-2841.
The longest marathon playing five-a-side football (soccer) is 53 hours and was achieved by Sodexo Ireland (Ireland) at Nagle Rice Sports complex, Portlaoise, Laois, Ireland, from 21 June to 23 June 2013.
The longest marathon playing field hockey is 34 hr 00 min and was achieved by members of Crawley Hockey Club (UK) at Hazelwick School in Crawley, West Sussex, UK, on 19-20 May 2012 The final score was 245-202, with the Maroon team triumphing over the White team. The attempt was to support St. Catherine’s Hospice in memory of Sue Smith who was a member of Crawley Hockey Club.
The longest marathon playing dodgeball is 41 hr 3 min 17 sec, organised by Right to Play at Castleton (USA) at Castleton State College in Castleton, Vermont USA, from 27 to 29 April 2012.
The longest marathon playing darts (doubles) is 48 hours and was achieved by Kevin Bryan, Ben Roper, Matthew Cook and Adam Roberts (all UK) at the Pied Bull Public House in Shepshed, Leicestershire, UK, from 4 to 6 September 2013.
