The most knee bends performed in one minute while standing on a Swiss ball is 65, achieved by Stephen Buttler (UK), at Hope House, Shropshire, UK, for Guinness World Records Day on 17 November 2011. Stephen is a regular record breaker with a history of attempts on Guinness World Records day.
The most knee bends performed on a balance board in one minute was 58 by Silvio Sabba (Italy) at the Fitness Point Gym in Rodano, Italy, on 27 August 2011. Sabba is a personal trainer who specializes in balance board exercises and activities. He had to have his board and roller custom made by a carpenter to fit the GWR specifications, as no such boards could be found for purchase in Italy.
The record for the most kites flown by one person simultaneously is 43 and was achieved by Ma Qinghua (China) in Weifang City, Shandong Province, China, on 7 November 2006. Ben is a cross between a Shih Tzu and Japanese Chin aka Japanese Spaniel. In accordance with the guidelines, square knots were used for the attempt.
