The largest fruit mosaic consisted of 372,525 fruits, measured 2,220 m?(23,895.79 ft?)and was created for the Fourth Navel Orange Tourism Festival of Pingyuan County by the Pingyuan County Committee of the Communist Party of China and People?s Government of Pingyuan County in Pingyuan County, Guangdong Province, China, on 1 December 2008. The Public Notary office of Pingyuan County helped adjudicator Angela Wu count the number of fruits used and then measure the area of the mosaic. The largest fruit cake weighs 4,353 kg (9,596 lb 11 oz) and was achieved by Dr. Fabrizio Sepe (Italy) in Hodenhagen, Germany on 24 May 2014. The cake was made of strawberies, tangerines, peaches and ananas. A total of 440 trays were baked, 20 people worked 250 hours to prepare it.
