The largest burrito weighed 5,799.44 kg (12,785.576 lbs) and was achieved by CANIRAC La Paz, in La Paz, Baja California Sur, Mexico, on 3 November 2010. The burrito was made from one single flour tortilla which weighed over 2 tonnes and measured 2.4 km. The world’s largest Caesar salad was prepared by Canirac, the Tijuana Restauranteurs Chamber of Commerce, weighed 3.287 tonnes (7,246 lb) and was unveiled in Tijuana, Baja California, Mexico on 20 October 2007. The Caesar salad was first created by chef Caesar Cardini who ran restaurants in Tijuana, Mexico in the 1920s-1940s. 160 people were involved in the process. Individual item weights: Lettuce 2,538.785 kg , Cheese 200 kg, Croutons 68.355 kg, Sauce 480 kg.

The largest collection of silver coins consists of 1,600 non-duplicate coins from around the world, and belongs to José Manuel Costa Lavín (Mexico). At the encouragement of his family,José Manuel Costa Lavín began to travel the world in 2001 as a means to distract himself from cancer he was battling at the time. The largest heart formation consisted of 11,166 participants and was achieved by the state of Nuevo León at an event organized by Multimedios (Mexico) at Parque Fundidora in Monterrey, Nuevo León, Mexico, on 27 February 2010. 30,000 red headscarves were handed out by Multimedios TV and radio in the days leading up to the event and were worn by participants, who were also dressed in red, for aerial photographs. The event featured numerous musical performances and was broadcast live on Multimedios.
