Largest chopsticks

The largest chopsticks measured 8.4 m (27 ft 6 in) and was manufactured by Wakasa Chopsticks Industry Cooperative (Japan) in Obama, Fukui, Japan. The chopsticks were completed on 22 March 2009. The chopsticks are made of pine tree timbers. The woods were lacquered after having been undercoated for six times. It took them five months to complete the chopsticks.

Largest chocolate truffle

The largest chocolate truffle weighted 802 Kg (1,768 lb 11 oz) and was achieved by Mirco Della Vecchia, Andrea Andrighetti, Rimini Fiera, Fabbri 1905, Icam and Martellato (all Italy) at the Sigep Fair in Rimini, Italy on 21 January 2012. The ingredients used for the chocolate truffle were: dark chocolate 1,000 Kg (2,204 lb 62 oz); amarena cherries 200 kg (440 lb 92 oz); cream 200 kg (440 lbs 92 oz). Largest chocolate sculpture

The largest chocolate sculpture weighed 8,273.3 kg (18,239.5 lb), measured 0.6 m (1 ft 11 in) in height, and 3.7 m by 3.7 m (12 ft by 12ft) at its base. It was created by Francois Mellet (France, USA), corporate chef of Qzina Speciality Foods (USA) and was presented and measured in Irvine, California, USA, on 20 April 2012. The sculpture depicted the Kululakan pyramid in Chichen Itza, Mexico.

Largest chocolate mousse

The largest chocolate mousse weighed 225.34 kg (496.8 lb) and was prepared by the Aventura Mall (USA) in Aventura, Florida, USA, on 6 October 2013. The mousse’s ingredients included 108 lb of chocolate, 66 lb of butter, 24 lb of egg yolk, 20 lb of sugar, 50 quarts of heavy cream and 5 gal milk. Largest chocolate firework

The largest chocolate firework was made by Nestlé, measuring 3 m (9.8 ft) high and 1.5 m (4.9 ft) in diameter and containing 60 kg (132 lb) of Swiss Cailler chocolates. The firework was released at the Hechtplatz, Zürich, Switzerland on 31 December 2002. The chocolate firework was lit and it exploded, releasing the 60 kg (132 lb) of chocolates.

Largest chocolate easter egg

The tallest chocolate Easter egg measured 10.39 m (34 ft 1.05 in) in height and was made by Tosca (Italy). It was measured at Le Acciaierie Shopping Centre, in Cortenuova, Italy on 16 April 2011. The chocolate Easter egg weighed 7,200 kg (15,873) and had a circumference of 19.6 m (64 ft 3.65 in) at its widest point.

Largest chocolate coin

The largest chocolate coin weighed 265 kg (584 lb 3.59 oz) and was achieved by the Sun Plaza shopping centre in Bucharest, Romania on 17 November 2011. The coin measured 1.35 m in diameter, and was 14 cm thick. Largest chocolate bar mosaic

The largest chocolate bar mosaic is 18.35 m² (197.52 ft²) made with 1,500 bars of white chocolate and red coloured white chocolate (strawberry flavoured) by employees of MySwissChocolate.ch (Switzerland) at Zurich Airport, Switzerland, on Valentine’s Day, 14 February 2011. Largest Christmas stocking

The largest Christmas stocking measured 51 m 35 cm (168 ft 5.65 in) in length and 21 m 63 cm (70 ft 11.57 in) in width (heel to toe) and was produced by the volunteer emergency services organisation Pubblica Assistenza Carrara e Sezioni (Italy) in Carrara, Tuscany, Italy, on 5 January 2011.
