Kenzo Tsuji (Japan) has an arm hair that has grown to a length of 18.90 cm (7.44 in) when measured at Tokyo University of the Arts, in Taito, Tokyo, Japan, on 22 October 2012. Kenzo who is 63 years old, has few arm hairs grown around 12 to 13 cm every summer, and in 2012 he carefully grew the arm hair for the record attempt.
The longest Arctic unsupported snow-kiting expedition was the 3,120 km (1,938.67 miles) straight line vertical crossing of the Greenland ice cap achieved by UAE-based adventurer Adrian Hayes (UK) and adventurers Devon McDiarmid and Derek Crowe (both Canada), which took 67 days from 20 May to 25 July 2009. Rotary International PolioPlus India displayed a cloth banner measuring 50.4 km (31.3 miles) long and 1 metre (3.2ft) wide on 22 February 2002 in Mumbai (Bombay), India. The banner was unfurled and hung on poles starting at the Renaissance Hotel, down the Eastern Express Highway and finally towards Thane. The banner was made of smaller banners stitched together, and depicted messages of polio eradication.

The mayor of New York City, Fiorello LaGuardia, even went so far as to smash pinball machines during a press conference. Most bans were lifted by the early 1970s, but New York stood firm until 1976, which, at 34 years, makes it the longest ban in gaming history.

(Big Bazaar) in association with G2rams India Pvt. Ltd. (all India), in Mumbai, India, on 9th February 2011. The balloon chain contained 198,240 balloons in total.
The longest baguette measures 111 metres (354.17 ft) and was achieved by the Big C Supercenter (Vietnam) at the Big C Supercenter An Lac Car Park, in Binh Tan District, Ho Chih Minh City, Vietnam, on 22 August 2009. The longest manual on a bicycle is 209.2 m (686 ft 3 in), completed by Zachary Hutelin (USA), at Markham Park in Sunrise, Florida, USA, on 4 December 2011. Hutelin has been racing BMX since the age of 9, he managed to more than double the previous record.
